Tápanyagmennyiségek<\/strong><\/p>\n

Egyénenként változó, hogy mennyi szénhidrátra és fehérjére van szükségünk, <\/strong>de a nagy átlag eredményesen tömegel napi 5g\/testsúlykilogramm szénhidráttal, és 2g\/testsúlykilogramm fehérjével. A táplálékforrások<\/strong> legyenek minél tisztábbak<\/strong>, nem érdemes szemétkajákra alapozni az étrendet, mert utána csak ny\u0171g lesz a felesleges zsírtól való megszabadulás.<\/p>\n

Fontos leszögezni, hogy valamennyi zsír mindenképpen feljön tömegnövelés alatt,<\/strong> de saját testünk folyamatos figyelésével igyekezzünk megtalálni azt a tápanyagmennyiséget, ami optimális izomnövekedést okoz, de nem zsírosít jelent\u0151sen.A fehérje és szénhidrátbevitel mellett figyeljünk az esszenciális zsírbevitelre is, ezt fedezhetjük lenmagolajból, de a jobb multivitaminok is tartalmaznak ilyen zsírokat.<\/p>\n

A megfelel\u0151 vitamin- és ásványianyag bevitel elengedhetetlen az immunrendszerünk megfelel\u0151 m\u0171ködéséhez. Ajánlatos minden nap bevinni 2-10g C-vitamint<\/strong> – attól függ\u0151en, mennyire vagyunk leterhelve, valamint sérülések esetén érdemes megemelni a dózist.<\/p>\n
