Az \u00e9lsportol\u00f3k esete speci\u00e1lis, ugyanis a nyilv\u00e1nval\u00f3an eredm\u00e9nyorient\u00e1lt szeml\u00e9let miatt az \u0151 eset\u00fckben az eg\u00e9szs\u00e9g meg\u0151rz\u00e9se sokszor m\u00e1sodlagos, \u00edgy marad a t\u00falterhel\u00e9s ellens\u00falyoz\u00e1sa, ennek m\u00e9rt\u00e9ke azonban a sportot jellemz\u0151 k\u00f6zegt\u0151l, lehet\u0151s\u00e9gekt\u0151l \u00e9s szakmai felk\u00e9sz\u00fclts\u00e9gt\u0151l er\u0151sen f\u00fcgg.<\/p>\n

Emellett azonban bizonyos \u00e9letszakaszokban \u00e9s k\u00fcl\u00f6nb\u00f6z\u0151 m\u00e9rt\u00e9kben egyar\u00e1nt \u00e9rinthetnek minden sportol\u00f3t a mozg\u00e1sszeg\u00e9ny, \u00fcl\u0151 \u00e9letm\u00f3d okozta panaszok, mely a gerincet \u00e9s ezen kereszt\u00fcl sz\u00e1mos perif\u00e9ri\u00e1n l\u00e9v\u0151 \u00edz\u00fcletet \u00e9s l\u00e1gy r\u00e9szt \u00e9rinthet. \u00cdgy r\u00e1juk is jellemz\u0151 lehet a rossz testtart\u00e1s, rossz mozg\u00e1s mint\u00e1k. Az ezekkel \u0171z\u00f6tt sport pedig szint\u00e9n rizik\u00f3faktorai a s\u00e9r\u00fcl\u00e9snek.<\/p>\n

Az \u00e1lland\u00f3 jelleggel mozg\u00e1sszeg\u00e9ny \u00e9letm\u00f3dot \u00e9l\u0151k sz\u00e1m\u00e1ra m\u00e1s vesz\u00e9lyforr\u00e1sok is adottak,<\/strong> mint a sz\u00f6veti t\u00e1panyaghi\u00e1ny (pl. porcsz\u00f6vet) okozta degener\u00e1ci\u00f3k<\/strong>, a m\u00e9g rosszabb testtart\u00e1s<\/strong>, myofascialis<\/strong> letapad\u00e1sok<\/strong>, csontritkul\u00e1s<\/strong> stb. Term\u00e9szetesen az egyszeri, vagy rendszeresen el\u0151fordul\u00f3 hib\u00e1s gyakorlatv\u00e9grehajt\u00e1s, alapvet\u0151 edz\u00e9selvek figyelmen k\u00edv\u00fcl hagy\u00e1sa is rizik\u00f3faktort jelent.<\/p>\n
