– 5 perc gimnasztika: mozgasd át minden ízületedet, fentr\u0151l lefelé haladj. Tehát a fejkörzésket\u0151l a vállkörzéseken át juss el a lábfej körzésekig és egyéb mozdulatokig.<\/span><\/p>\n

– 5 perc kardiógépen laza tempóban: bármelyik kardiógépet kiválaszthatod<\/span><\/p>\n

Minden gyakorlatnál végezz egy sorozat bemelegítést súly nélkül! Utána annyi súlyt használj, amivel elfáradsz de nem hajszolod túl magad az edzés végéig. Figyelj a fokozatosságra!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
