Beülünk a térdepl\u0151székbe, csuklópántokat felhelyezzük. Talpak a pedálon, fogantyúkba kapaszkodva szék alatti forgáspont mentén lassú mozdulattal a testsúlyt hátrahelyezzük.<\/p>\n
