\n\tA gyakorlattal a combhajlítók legterjedelmesebb, középs\u0151 részét fejleszthetjük. Cutler úgy véli, hogy ez hatékonyabb mozdulat az ül\u0151 verziónál, amely f\u0151leg az alsó területekre hat.Megint csak egy tiszta, izolált mozdulatról van szó, melynél nincs helye a csalásnak.A fels\u0151 ponton\/ amikor vádlink megérinti a combhajlító izmokat\/ mindig feszítsük meg keményen a dolgozó izmokat, és egy pillanatig tartsuk meg a súlyt!<\/p>\n
